Whether your goal is to improve your endurance, build your physique or lose a few pounds, fitness can mean something slightly different to everyone. The most important thing is how fitness makes you feel.

People like you have plenty of space and equipment to work out, enjoying physical fitness and have a lot of fun! We have cardio machines, aerobics, circuit training, pilates and free weights on premises.

People very rarely have the time to juggle themselves between work, travel and family. With an airbrush session only taking on average 12-15 minutes people can finally work "looking good" in to their already crammed lifestyle.

Dance*

With a focus on ballet, jazz, hip hop and tap, you'll find that children at all levels can partake in this wonderful form of self-expression, health and discipline.

Martial Arts*

Training includes stretching, mild running, basic movements, forms (preset sequence of moves), 3 step practice sparring, free-style non-contact sparring, self-defense techniques, and special applications.

The training is designed for people of all ages. Kids through Adults. You will develop the five basic componets required of an accomplished martial artist: balance, accuracy, speed, power, and focus.
